SA&B Global Resources, through the Namibian hospitality project, is radically changing the tourism and hospitality landscape in Africa in particular and the world at large. This 7-Star Hotel will feature presidential, royal, and premium suites along with a 5 Michelin-star restaurant, excellent bars, private check-in, a 24-hour on-call butler on each 7-star floor, rain showers, and private gyms & jacuzzis in 50 rooms. Limousine/Rolls Royce & personalized service for guests in 50 rooms (7-star) including luxury airport transit service will also be offered. This facility is set to create at least 500 direct jobs and thousands of indirect jobs.

This facility is poised to recruit at least 300 direct jobs and thousands of indirect jobs.
Our vision for a 4-Star Hotel in a growing African market that will feature:
- Over 400 rooms to serve guests from all walks of life
- Three separate restaurants, two bars, and private pools
- Two event and wedding rooms and three conference halls
This specialized hospital facility, influenced by the iconic London City Hall, will feature a radiology suite with access to MRI, strength and mobility training equipment, isokinetic-isometric dynamometers, an enclosed turf field, specialized reception areas, open office spaces for staff, and a clinical treatment space.
With a laboratory with the latest state-of-the art, cutting-edge technology, motion capture and neuromuscular control assessment, this facility will be fashioned after the world’s best Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine Centre and is estimated to staff 250 people and will create thousands of indirect jobs.
Aimed to be Africa’s biggest waterpark that will feature paddle boats, wet wall climb, baby bungee swings, kamikaze slide, wave pool, riptide racers, two aqua tube slides, cross over pool, extreme black holes, lazy river, black cannons, interactive centre, wet bubble, pre bowl, trade tube, slide body, kiddy pool, kiddy wet bubble, kiddies rainbow splash, build-a-raft river, soak-n-sail, pirate reef, swimming pool, and a combination shower slide.
This facility is to provide fun and entertainment along with bringing in new tourism revenue and is projected to staff around 400 people and will create thousands of indirect jobs for the local community.
This shopping arcade will feature a luxury wing for luxury brands, 10 cinema halls, 10 five-star restaurants, 10 additional restaurants, 10 fast food stores, 4 local food restaurants, and 10 coffee shops. With a dancing fountain for water shows, amphi theater, casino (optional), tenpin bowling alley & gaming arcade, this facility will offer much more than just shopping. Along with 4 sections for departmental stores, a robust supermarket, and a spacious car park for 1,000 cars (conservative) this shopping arcade can accommodate a wide variety of tourists.
This facility is projected to staff around 1000 people and will create thousands of indirect jobs for the local community.
Facilities at the centre will include a digital tech auditorium for 2,000 people, a Fintech Innovation Lab, five ICT Lab Classrooms, a Tech Incubation Centre Digital Planning Lab, two digital tech studios for video & photography, and two animation studio with a post production studio for editing, grading, and audio, along with a restaurant for the ICT community with two relaxation lounges, and a 48-seater e-library.
With a partnership with tech giants, we aim to facilitate the training of over 100,000 Namibian youths through this ICT annually and train 5,000 SMEs every year.
